FAQ's
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a Moissanite certificate?
I have my own Moissanite manufacturing unit. Like natural diamonds (which can have EGL, IGI, GIA certificates), Moissanite currently has no single global standard certificate. However, I offer a lifetime warranty and guarantee authenticity — your piece will test positive with a diamond tester and can be verified at any jewelry store.
Can I order Moissanite that is not listed on the site?
Absolutely! I offer over 15 cuts including Brilliant Cut, Old Mine Cuts, Old European Cuts, and a variety of colors like colorless, near-colorless, green, blue, brown, grey, black and more. Contact me for custom availability.
If I send payment today, how fast can you ship?
If you’re purchasing listed items, I’ll ship them within 14-21 working days. For custom orders, please contact me to confirm timelines. If you need it by a specific date, message me beforehand for better commitment.
What is Moissanite? Is it a real gemstone?
Yes, Moissanite is a genuine gemstone. First discovered in a meteor crater, today’s Moissanite is ethically lab-created. It’s prized for its brilliance, durability, and eco-friendly nature.
How does Moissanite compare to diamonds?
Moissanite is nearly as hard as diamonds (9.25 vs. 10 on the Mohs scale) and actually has more fire and sparkle. It's a beautiful, durable, and affordable alternative to traditional diamonds.
What is 925 sterling silver?
925 sterling silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper) to enhance durability. It’s ideal for fine jewelry when properly cared for.
Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our 925-sterling silver is nickel-free and hypoallergenic — perfect for sensitive skin.
Will Moissanite lose its sparkle over time?
Not at all. Moissanite retains its brilliance and clarity forever. Just clean it regularly and it will continue to shine for years.
Do you offer customization or bespoke designs?
Yes! I love designing custom pieces. Share your vision and I’ll work closely with you to create something truly special.
