At Hellen Diam, your satisfaction is our priority. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to meet the highest quality standards. While we strive to exceed your expectations, we understand there may be rare instances where returns are necessary.

Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Return Eligibility

✅ Ready-to-Ship Products

• The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates (if any), and invoices included.
• The product has not been customized or resized.

💰 Refunds: Eligible returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping or handling charges.

❌ Made-to-Order Products

• Customized as per your preferences (size, design, stone type, etc.)
• Crafted individually by our artisans based on your request

Note: Due to their personalized nature, Made-to-Order items are not eligible for return or refund.

⚠️ Exceptions – Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is:

• Defective or damaged during manufacturing
• Not as described on the product page (incorrect stone, metal, design)

You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.
