At Hellen Diam, each piece is carefully handcrafted and made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Because of this personalized process, please allow 14 to 21 business days for production and delivery of your item.
However, if you purchase a product from our Ready to Ship collection, these items are pre-made and will be dispatched promptly, typically arriving within 7 business days.

Return, Refund & Repair Policy

We take great pride in crafting each Hellen Diam piece just for you. Since all our jewelry is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit for reasons unrelated to product quality.
If your item arrives with a “manufacturing defect”, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost to you. To qualify, please contact us within “7 days of receiving your order”. After this window, any repair needs can be handled by your local jeweller.
